JC Master Updates | Attorney Zhang Xinran of JC Master (Suzhou) was invited to deliver a public lecture titled “Entrepreneurship, Business Succession, and the Family” for the Xiangcheng District Women Entrepreneurs Association and the Sichuan–Chongqing Chamber of Commerce.
On March 21, 2025, JC Master (Suzhou) Law Office, in collaboration with the Xiangcheng District Women Entrepreneurs Association and the Jiahe Legal Service Center of Xiangcheng District, hosted a special public‑interest legal education lecture. Attorney Zhang Xinran was invited to deliver a presentation on the theme “Entrepreneurship, Business Succession, and the Family.” This event also marked Attorney Zhang Xinran’s participation, in her capacity as a member of the Xiangcheng District CPPCC Committee, in response to the call to “Have Lawyers Who Are CPPCC Members Visit Chambers of Commerce,” thereby fulfilling her duty to serve the public.

JC Master Performance | JC Master Supports Chizhou State-owned Assets in Successfully Acquiring Controlling Interest in Baoli International
Recently, the Chizhou Touke Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) — hereinafter referred to as “Chizhou Touke,” with the Chizhou Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission as its actual controller — completed the closing of a transaction to acquire control of Jiangsu Baoli International Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Baoli International,” stock code “300135”), an A-share listed company, through an agreement‑based transfer. This transaction is one of the few successful cases of acquiring controlling interest in a listed company via agreement transfer since the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued its “Six Measures on M&A” last year, and it also serves as a notable example of how local state‑owned capital can optimize resource allocation and provide a critical platform for supporting regional industries through mergers and restructurings.

JC Master Updates | The School of Foreign Languages at Nanjing University and JC Master Law Office Jointly Establish an Internship Base for Cultivating Talents in Foreign-related Rule of Law.
To deepen cooperation in cultivating talent in the field of international rule of law and to promote the integrated development of legal studies and foreign language disciplines, on the afternoon of March 21, a delegation from the School of Foreign Languages at Nanjing University—including Party Secretary Chen Jing, Deputy Party Secretary Kong Jianfeng, Department Head of German Studies Professor Chen Min, German-language faculty member Teacher Chang Xuan, and student representatives from the School and the German‑Law Experimental Class—visited JC Master. They held a special symposium on the cultivation of international rule-of-law professionals and participated in the unveiling ceremony for the “Nanjing University School of Foreign Languages Internship Base.” Also in attendance were JC Master Director Xu Guojin, Executive Committee Chair Zhu Li, Partners Wang Jian, Hu Aopeng, and Xu Tao, as well as Xu Min, Dean of Cewen Academy.
