JC Master joins forces with international partners to jointly explore pathways for safeguarding Chinese enterprises under Middle Eastern law. On March 25, by Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Confederation, Jiangsu Provincial Entrepreneurs Association, Jiangsu Belt and Road International Legal Services Alliance, JC Master Law Office, and Yingtian Sulaiman Law Office Co-organized by of 《 Entering the Middle East: Legal Support—Opportunities and Challenges for Chinese Enterprises and Lawyers The salon event was successfully held in JC Master. With strong support from the Nanjing Municipal Investment Promotion Center, the event drew participation from foreign‑related enterprises, investment institutions, and industry experts, who jointly discussed China–UAE economic and trade cooperation, investment prospects, and cultural exchanges.
At the outset of the event, Li Kun, President of the Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Confederation, Invited President Wang Ningsheng and Ma Qun, Chief Partner of JC Master and Chairman of the Jiangsu “Belt and Road” International Legal Services Alliance, delivered remarks on behalf of the organization. President Li noted that, as a vice‑presidential unit of the Provincial Enterprise Confederation, JC Master attaches great importance to this event, underscored the pivotal role of law in corporate development, and encouraged member enterprises to engage in international exchanges. President Wang expressed his gratitude to JC Master for the invitation, highlighted the Provincial Enterprise Confederation’s active participation in the event’s preparations, and emphasized the significance of the Middle East for business growth, while voicing an optimistic outlook on the UAE’s development prospects. Chairman Ma extended a warm welcome to the guests and participants attending this salon. He outlined the legal alliance’s global strategy and the core significance of its activities, underscoring the importance of connecting Chinese and Arab enterprises with legal services in the context of cooperation. As the Belt and Road Initiative continues to advance, Chinese companies expanding into the Middle Eastern market will encounter both new opportunities and challenges.
Immediately afterward, the strategic partnership signing ceremony between JC Master Law Office and Yingtian Sulaiman Law Office brought the atmosphere to a fever pitch, marking the beginning of deeper collaboration in the legal services sector. Yingtian Sulaiman Law Office (Sulaiman Al Naqbi Advocates and Legal Consultants), licensed by the Legal Affairs Department of the Government of Dubai, is a locally registered law office based in Dubai.
Subsequently, Managing Partner, Yingtian Suleiman Law Office Mr. Li Feng delivered a presentation on “How Chinese Lawyers and Law Offices Can Conduct Legal Practice in Compliance with Local Laws in Middle Eastern Countries.” He discussed the Middle East region… The legal environment, including the challenges and compliance issues faced by Chinese lawyers practicing in the Middle East. Following this, Du Shanshan, Commercial Representative of the China Office of the DMCC Free Zone in Dubai, delivered a keynote speech titled “Entering the Middle East: Investment Advantages of the DMCC Free Zone in Dubai.” She provided a detailed overview of the DMCC Free Zone’s preferential policies, its favorable investment climate, and strategies for leveraging these advantages to drive business growth.
Hu Jiaying, a senior business consultant at YingTian International, delivered a keynote speech titled “How to Register a Company in Dubai.” She provided practical guidance on the registration process, required documentation, and other key aspects, offering attendees a comprehensive overview.
During the interactive session, moderated by Attorney Hu Aopeng, Deputy Director of the JC Master Foreign Affairs Committee, the panelists engaged in an in-depth discussion and answered questions on the topic at hand. Experts and business representatives from diverse sectors held a lively debate on “The Current State and Future Prospects of China–UAE Economic and Trade Cooperation,” sharing their practical experiences in the UAE market and offering valuable insights on how to further strengthen bilateral economic and trade ties.
