JC Master Law offices （hereinafter referred to as “JC Master”) was founded in 1985 and is a law offices headquartered in Nanjing, originally established as
the state‑run Jiangsu Law offices. JC Master is a well‑known foffices in China’s Yangtze River Delta region, particularly renowned in areas such as
international legal services, capital markets, corporate restructuring and IPOs, bond issuance, and mergers and acquisitions. In 2020, JC Master transitioned
from an ordinary partnership to a special general partnership, a structural reform that has greatly benefited the office’s continued growth.
