JC Master Performance | JC Master Supports Chizhou State-owned Assets in Successfully Acquiring Controlling Interest in Baoli International

Recently, the Chizhou Touke Equity Investment Fund Partnership (a limited partnership) — hereinafter referred to as “Chizhou Touke,” with the Chizhou Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission as its actual controller — completed the closing of a transaction to acquire control of Jiangsu Baoli International Investment Co., Ltd., an A-share listed company (“Baoli International,” stock code “300135”), through an agreement‑based transfer. This transaction is one of the few successful cases of acquiring controlling interest in a listed company via agreement‑based transfer since the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued its “Six Measures on M&A” last year, and it also serves as a notable example of how local state‑owned capital can optimize resource allocation through mergers and reorganizations, providing a vital platform for the development of regional industries.
