JC Master Updates | Leaders from the Jiangbei New Area Comprehensive Governance Bureau Visit JC Master for a Symposium and Exchange

On the afternoon of September 22, Shen Dingcheng, Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Governance Bureau of Nanjing Jiangbei New Area and Deputy Head of the Special Task Force for the Yangtze River Legal Service Zone, led a delegation to JC Master for a symposium and exchange. Members of the task force, Wang Lu and Wu Guanrun, accompanied him. JC Master’s Chief Partner Ma Qun, Director of the Management Committee Li Yuanyang, Law Office Director Xu Guojin, Executive Committee Chair Zhu Li, and Dean of Cewen Academy Xu Min extended a warm welcome. The two sides engaged in an in-depth discussion on deepening cooperation and jointly advancing the development of the Yangtze River Legal Service Zone.

Good News from JC Master | Attorney Wang Qian of JC Master has been awarded the title of “Outstanding Class Officer” at the Nanjing Lawyers Association’s Second Session of the Young Lawyers’ Training Program on Family and Marriage Law Practice.

On September 13, 2025, the Nanjing Lawyers Association successfully concluded the second session of its training program on matrimonial and family law practice for young lawyers. Ma Hongjun, Director of the Nanjing Lawyers Association’s Committee on Matrimonial and Family Law, and Chen Yu, Deputy Director of the Education and Training Committee, attended the graduation ceremony. Shan Aiping, a member of the Nanjing Lawyers Association’s Supervisory Board, was present in an observer capacity.

JC Master Salon | JC Master Co-organized the Sixth “Jinling Insolvency Practitioners’ Salon,” Supporting Innovative Practices in Bankruptcy and Reorganization for Small and Micro Enterprises.

On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of JC Master Law Office, as a co-organizer, JC Master joined forces with the Nanjing Bankruptcy Administrators Association to successfully host the sixth session of the “Jinling Administrators’ Salon.” This event was themed “Pre‑reorganization and Reorganization Practices for Small and Micro Enterprises,” focusing on policy interpretation and practical insights into pre‑reorganization and reorganization procedures for such enterprises. The aim was to address the challenges of bankruptcy and reorganization faced by small and micro businesses and to promote high‑quality development in the bankruptcy administration sector. The event was organized by the Nanjing Bankruptcy Administrators Association, with JC Master Law Office serving as a co‑organizer. He Wangxiang, Vice President of the Jiangsu Provincial Law Society’s Bankruptcy Law Research Association and Associate Professor at the School of Law, Nanjing University of Finance & Economics, served as the moderator. Chen Yan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch and Deputy Director of Jiangsu Shengdian Law Office, and Xu Tao, a partner at JC Master, were invited as keynote speakers. A broad array of professionals from the bankruptcy administration field participated in the exchange.
