Good News from JC Master | Attorney Wang Yuehua, a partner at our office, has been appointed as an arbitrator of the Huangshan Arbitration Commission.

Recently, the Huangshan Arbitration Commission’s leadership transition conference and the first meeting of its seventh-term committee were held successfully. During the meetings, the provincial government’s reply approving the work plan for the commission’s leadership transition, as well as the municipal government’s notice appointing the members of the seventh Huangshan Arbitration Commission, were read aloud. Attorney Wang Yuehua, a partner at JC Master Law Office, was officially appointed as an arbitrator on the seventh Huangshan Arbitration Commission, with a term of office identical to that of the current committee.

Attorney Wang Yuehua is a partner at JC Master Law Office. Master of Civil and Commercial Law, third‑level lawyer. Currently serves as a member of the Party Building Research and Guidance Special Committee and the M&A and Restructuring Law Professional Committee of the Nanjing Lawyers Association; an arbitrator at the Huangshan Municipal Arbitration Commission; and Deputy Director of the M&A and Restructuring Practice Committee at JC Master Law Office. Holds qualifications to practice in the fund management and securities sectors.
