Event Overview

To commemorate the 40th anniversary of JC Master Law Office and the establishment of JC Master (Shenzhen) Law Office, and to better serve listed companies in the Nanjing region, JC Master Law Office has specially invited Dr. Zeng Bin, a renowned expert in corporate governance and securities regulation. Drawing on more than a decade of theoretical research in corporate governance and securities regulation, as well as his practical experience serving hundreds of listed companies, Dr. Zeng will deliver an on-site presentation titled “An Analysis of Key Issues and Challenges in Amending Corporate Charters.”
This event will bring together senior executives from more than 50 listed companies in Nanjing to engage in exchanges and discussions on enhancing corporate governance structures and optimizing internal control systems.

Zeng Bin holds a Ph.D. in Law from China University of Political Science and Law and a postdoctoral fellowship in Economics (Shenzhen Stock Exchange). He is the head of the Securities Practice Group and a partner at TianCe (Shenzhen) Law Office.
Dr. Zeng Bin is a renowned expert in corporate governance and securities regulation, with extensive theoretical and practical experience. He has participated in the revision of key laws and regulatory frameworks, including the new Securities Law and the Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies. Currently, Dr. Zeng leads a team that advises nearly one hundred A‑share listed companies and serves as legal and compliance counsel to more than twenty listed offices, boasting deep expertise in areas such as corporate compliance and governance, control‑rights disputes, and responses to regulatory penalties. He also holds concurrent positions as an arbitrator at the Shenzhen International Arbitration Centre, a distinguished visiting professor at the School of Civil and Commercial Law of Northwest University of Political Science and Law, a research fellow at the China Institute of Corporate Governance of Nankai University, a member of the Board Evaluation Expert Committee of the China Association for Public Companies, an independent director on the boards of several A‑share listed companies, and a high‑level talent (reserve level) in Shenzhen. Dr. Zeng has been invited to deliver over one hundred lectures for the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the Capital Markets Institute, various government agencies, and leading universities. He has published more than forty academic papers in domestic and international peer‑reviewed journals and is the author of “The Logic of Capital Governance,” “The Era of Strong Accountability: Regulation and Governance of Listed Companies in the New Securities Law Era,” and “Dialogue on the New Company Law.”
