In my dealings with clients, I adhere to the principle of “integrity.” When addressing inquiries from non-litigation clients, I typically conduct a case‑by‑case analysis, clearly explaining the relevant legal provisions and the potential legal consequences of various courses of action, without concealment or exaggeration. For litigation clients, I assess the evidence they have presented, elucidate the applicable laws and regulations, and outline the possible scenarios that may arise in court. Ultimately, the decision to proceed with litigation rests entirely with the client; I never make promises of a favorable outcome or withhold information about the risk of an adverse judgment simply to secure a retainer.

People with different personalities approach clients in distinct ways. I’m not the type to chase quick results; I officely believe that one must cultivate character before pursuing success, and that professionalism, sincerity, and reliability are essential qualities. Engaging with clients is a mutual process of assessment and selection: we observe and evaluate through their words, actions, demeanor, and conduct, ultimately building trust. When a client entrusts you with their business, you honor that trust by delivering on their expectations. That’s why I think it’s crucial to be mindful in every word, deed, gesture, and manner—continuously learning, growing, and refining ourselves so that we can become better versions of who we are and, in turn, attract even more exceptional clients.

Becoming a professional lawyer requires a certain transition period. The length of this period may vary from person to person and should be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as one’s academic background, professional competence, work ethic, and network of contacts. During this transition, it is essential to engage in continuous learning, hone one’s legal skills, and accumulate practical experience, since the practice of law is grounded in real‑world problem‑solving, and any advice or solutions provided to clients must be both actionable and practical.
