On the morning of April 29, 2025, JC Master Law Office and Duan & Duan Law Office jointly hosted a Party-building collaboration and law-office management exchange event at the Duan & Duan headquarters on the 58th floor of the Shanghai Tower, under the theme “Party Building as a Guiding Force, Coordinated Development.” The event focused on in-depth discussions on Party building within law offices, office management, and the development of international practice, with the aim of leveraging joint Party-building efforts to foster synergistic growth across both organizations’ respective business areas.

During the event, representatives from both law offices presented updates on their respective Party‑building initiatives and shared insights into their office‑management practices. Ma Qun, Chief Partner of JC Master; Xu Guojin, Secretary of the Party Branch; Zhu Li, Director of the Executive Committee; and Hu Aopeng, Director of JC Master (Nantong), attended the meeting and highlighted JC Master’s strategic positioning in international legal services under the Belt and Road Initiative and in cross‑border practice. Also in attendance were Wu Jian, Secretary of the Party General Branch of Duan & Duan; Shen Yue, Secretary of the First Party Branch; Huang Hao, Deputy Director of the International Trade Committee, among others, who showcased Duan & Duan’s longstanding commitment to leveraging Party building to enhance office governance and advance its overseas expansion. The two sides engaged in an in‑depth discussion on how Party‑led initiatives can elevate office management, streamline business processes, and expand cross‑border practice, sharing their respective success stories and practical case studies.

To further deepen their cooperation, the two parties signed a joint Party‑building agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, they will build on Party‑building efforts to engage in comprehensive collaboration across areas such as law office management, professional exchanges, and public‑service initiatives, jointly exploring new pathways for the synergistic development of Party building and business operations.
