JC Master Updates | Our office’s partner, Attorney Shi Qiao, was invited to deliver a lecture on “Entrepreneurs and Senior Executives: Corporate Risk Isolation and Prevention,” helping entrepreneurs strengthen their compliance safeguards.
On April 10, Attorney Shi Qiao, a partner at our office, was invited by the Jiangsu Provincial Federation of New Social Strata to deliver a professional legal presentation on corporate risk isolation and prevention for entrepreneurs and senior executives. The event adopted a hybrid online–offline format, drawing more than 60 business leaders and senior managers to participate in the learning session. The Jiangsu Provincial Federation of New Social Strata is a non‑profit social organization characterized by its united‑front orientation, networking spirit, and grassroots nature, primarily comprising management and technical personnel from private enterprises and foreign‑invested companies, as well as professionals working in intermediary and social organizations.

Recently, the 32nd Fuhai Legal Salon of Rudong County Law Society, together with a special symposium on patent development hosted by Zhongtian Technology Group, was successfully held at Zhongtian Technology Group. With the theme “Rule of Law Safeguards Patents, Supporting Enterprises Going Global,” the event aimed to conduct an in-depth discussion on the challenges enterprises face in patent protection and legal risk prevention during the globalization process, thereby providing robust legal safeguards for their international expansion. Officials from Rudong County Law Society, the County Justice Bureau, and the County Market Supervision Administration, along with the head of Zhongtian Technology Group’s intellectual property department and its legal team, as well as representatives from key local enterprises, attended the event.
