Drawing on the latest judicial developments and landmark commercial cases, Attorney Shi Qiao provides an in-depth analysis of the new Company Law’s revisions regarding shareholder capital contributions, loss of equity rights, joint and several liability, unlawful dividend distributions, and risk‑management measures for single‑member companies.
