　　From the moment I first joined JC Master to becoming a practicing lawyer with three years of experience, these three years have been not only a period of honing my professional skills through hands-on practice but also a journey of reflective learning and steadfast adherence to my original aspirations. Through repeated rounds of communication, meticulous review of contracts, and diligent handling of individual cases, I have gradually come to grasp the very essence of the legal profession and forged a path of professional growth uniquely my own.

　　At the heart of my work has always been serving state-owned enterprises and government entities, encompassing routine contract reviews, oversight of major projects, and both litigation and non-litigation representation. Though these tasks may appear repetitive, each one presents a unique challenge with no ready-made answers—only tailored solutions grounded in the specific circumstances at hand. I have come to deeply appreciate that a lawyer’s true value lies not in merely reciting cold legal provisions, but in adopting the client’s perspective and leveraging professional expertise to help them mitigate risks, resolve disputes, and secure their interests.

　　Reviewing contracts has become an indispensable part of my daily, diligent practice; each year, I meticulously examine over a thousand contracts across various fields, including financing, construction, and leasing. From scrutinizing every word and clause to ensure legal compliance, to crafting tailored amendment recommendations that address the specific needs of our clients, I have long since shed the inexperience of my early days—yet I remain steadfast in upholding principles of rigor and meticulousness. After all, every contract embodies a delicate balance of rights and obligations, and each provision harbors potential legal risks that directly affect our clients’ vital interests, underscoring the professional value and responsibility of our work. Only by approaching every detail with the utmost care can we build a robust legal safeguard for the day-to-day operations of state-owned enterprises and government entities; the true measure of a lawyer’s professionalism lies in each seemingly ordinary act of unwavering dedication.

　　Regarding litigation representation, over the past year I began independently handling cases such as labor arbitration and motor vehicle accident disputes. From communicating with clients to thoroughly understand the facts and systematically gathering evidence, to drafting pleadings and responses, and finally participating in court hearings, I meticulously refined every step and gave my all. This experience deepened my understanding of “problem-solving” and reinforced my sense of responsibility and commitment as a lawyer. Throughout the course of these matters, the support of my team has been my most reliable foundation, further underscoring that a lawyer’s growth is never a solitary journey; the collaboration of my colleagues and the guidance of seasoned mentors have consistently served as beacons on my path forward.

　　Non-litigation services and the follow-up of major projects have enabled me to move beyond a narrow, case‑by‑case mindset, fostering a more macro‑level, long‑term perspective on legal practice. Under the guidance of Director Ji, I have gradually mastered the structure of non‑litigation documents, honed methods for analyzing legal relationships, and gained the ability to independently prepare legal opinions and due diligence reports for acquisition and investment projects. In the course of providing legal support for major projects, I have come to recognize that effective project planning requires not only a solid legal foundation but also precise risk‑assessment skills, efficient communication and coordination, and a forward‑looking strategic vision. Only by deeply integrating legal expertise with the concrete realities of each project can we truly address our clients’ needs and facilitate the amicable resolution of disputes.

　　Over the course of my three-year legal career, I have reaped considerable rewards; yet, in handling a wide array of finance‑related matters, I have come to deeply recognize the limitations of my own knowledge in financial auditing. Similarly, as I have navigated specialized fields such as administrative law and construction law, I have grown ever more acutely aware of the pressing need to keep my legal expertise current and up to date. I am fully conscious that my journey of professional growth has only just begun; ahead lie numerous uncharted challenges waiting to be met. Only by slowing down, diligently honing my specialized knowledge, and refining my skills can I advance steadily along the path of the law.
