JC Master Party Building | A delegation from the JC Master Party Branch visited Zhibang Law Office for a symposium and exchange.

On the afternoon of August 2, 2024, Xu Guojin, Secretary of the Party Branch of JC Master Law Office; Zhu Li, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch; Ling Jianhao, Member of the Discipline Inspection Committee; Gong Yuan, Member of the Publicity Committee; and outstanding Party member Li Daqiao jointly paid a visit to Jiangsu Zhibang Law Office. They were warmly received by Zhu Wangxiang, Secretary of the Party General Branch and Director of Zhibang Law Office, as well as managing partners Shen Li, Sha Yongchun, Xia Lei, and Wang Xiaoguo, and Supervisory Committee member Liu Yanlong.

The Party branch of JC Master Law Office visited Zhibang Law Office and admired its elegant office environment. The inspiring maxims from “The Purple Gold Oath” and “The Great Auspicious Declaration” left a lasting impression.

At the symposium, both sides shared their experiences in areas such as law office management, Party branch development, member‑staff management, and pro bono legal services. The Zhibang management team outlined how the office has fostered mutual reinforcement and deep integration between Party building and professional practice, while our office, in turn, presented the challenges encountered in innovating Party‑building initiatives and the corresponding strategic reflections.

Director Xu Guojin stated that Zhibang and JC Master are both locally based law offices in Jiangsu Province and, in the course of their development, face similar challenges. He noted that this fact-finding visit aims to facilitate discussions between the two offices on areas such as office management and professionalization, with a view to learning from each other’s advanced practices and approaches. He expressed full appreciation for Zhibang’s achievements in strengthening its Party building to drive institutional development, as well as for its management and operational model. He expressed hope that, going forward, the two offices will deepen their collaborative efforts, enhance mutual exchanges and cooperation, and jointly promote shared growth.

The symposium concluded successfully in a spirit of lively and constructive dialogue. Taking this exchange as an opportunity, both sides will closely align with the realities of the legal profession, strengthen communication and cooperation between their respective Party branches, innovate the content and approaches of Party building, explore new pathways for Party work, and contribute to the sound development of the industry.
