JC Master Party Building | The JC Master Party Branch convened a general meeting of all party members to conduct a集中 study of the key revisions to the General Provisions of the Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China.

At the meeting, Secretary Xu Guojin led participants in an in-depth study of the Regulations and, drawing on practical experience in legal services, provided a thorough analysis—integrating disciplinary and legal perspectives—of the various disciplinary sanctions applicable to violations of Party discipline and the corresponding legal liabilities that must be pursued for breaches of national laws. He emphasized that, as a Party-member lawyer, one must first enhance political awareness, officely uphold one’s ideals and convictions, and strengthen Party spirit. At the same time, Party members should set an exemplary and leading example, lead by example, ensure consistency between words and deeds, and cultivate a positive professional image.

Through this study session, all lawyers have come to deeply appreciate the significant importance and rich substance of the Regulations. Since the launch of the Party‑discipline study and education campaign, the JC Master Party Branch has meticulously planned and organized activities, formulating a detailed implementation plan to comprehensively carry out the work arrangements set forth by the higher‑level industry Party committee, thereby advancing all aspects of the campaign with high quality and stringent standards. All Party members have also pledged to further strengthen their sense of discipline, fully regulate their conduct, strictly abide by Party discipline and regulations, and, through concrete actions, uphold the Party’s fundamental purpose, contributing to the development of the rule of law and the legal profession.
