JC Master Updates | Partner Attorney Dai Feiyang of our office, at the invitation of Jiangsu Phoenix Culture & Trade Group Co., Ltd., delivered a special presentation on strategies for debt collection under the new Company Law.

On the afternoon of May 27, 2025, Attorney Dai Feiyang, a partner at JC Master Law Office, was invited by Jiangsu Phoenix Culture & Trade Group Co., Ltd. to deliver a practical legal presentation titled “An Exploration of Debt Collection Strategies under the New Company Law.”

Drawing on cases he has personally handled, Attorney Dai Feiyang, in light of the background and implications of the new Company Law for debt recovery and informed by his own professional experience, provides a detailed analysis of how to pursue claims against shareholders and de facto controllers under the new law. He elaborates on strategies for identifying asset leads, tracing cash flows, and consolidating valuable assets through procedures such as bankruptcy proceedings, judicial auctions, and the addition of additional judgment debtors, thereby facilitating the satisfaction of creditors’ claims. Furthermore, he examines how the attitudes and behaviors of creditors, debtors, mortgagors, guarantors, and third parties during the collection process may affect the realization of creditors’ rights, and offers practical recommendations to support Phoenix Culture & Trade Group’s debt‑collection efforts.

This sharing session was highly acclaimed by all attendees. Through the lecture, participants gained a deeper understanding of the laws and regulations governing debt collection and creditor‑rights recovery, strengthening their legal awareness to identify new challenges, develop innovative approaches, and forge new models in their professional work—always in alignment with evolving legislation. “Customer rights first, professional service paramount” is the guiding principle of the JC Master Law Office team.
