JC Master Updates | Attorney Luo Jiangqun of JC Master (Taizhou) was invited to conduct public legal education campaigns on the protection of women’s rights for multiple enterprises.

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, in order to further strengthen female employees’ legal awareness and enhance their capacity to safeguard women’s rights and interests, Taizhou Culture and Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Susa Food Co., Ltd., and other enterprises have specially invited Attorney Luo Jiangqun of JC Master (Taizhou) Law Office to conduct public‑legal education activities on the protection of women’s rights.

The legal education lecture focused on the legal framework for protecting women’s rights, offering an in-depth analysis of the Constitution, the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Women’s Rights and Interests, the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China, and relevant judicial interpretations. Attorney Luo examined women’s rights from multiple perspectives—workplace, family, and society—highlighting the robust safeguards available in areas such as personal and personality rights, marital and family rights, and labor and social security rights. Through the analysis of typical cases, the lecture also provided detailed guidance on common issues—including property ownership and division, the determination of marital joint debts, and child custody—and encouraged women to wield legal tools to protect their legitimate rights and interests when faced with infringements.
 

Through this lecture, attendees gained a deeper understanding of the laws and regulations governing the protection of women’s rights, thereby strengthening their awareness of self‑protection and their ability to defend their rights.
