JC Master Updates | Attorney Chen Yuwen of JC Master (Taizhou) was invited to deliver a specialized training session on construction engineering for the Taizhou Municipal Culture and Tourism Group.

Recently, in order to further enhance employees’ legal awareness, standardize the Group’s project management, and mitigate legal risks, Taizhou Culture and Tourism Group invited Attorney Chen Yuwen of JC Master (Taizhou) Law Office to deliver a specialized training session on “Common Risk Prevention in Construction Projects.”

At the training session, Attorney Chen Yuwen, adopting the perspective of the project owner, drew upon the Civil Code, the Bidding Law, the Judicial Interpretation on Construction Projects, and other relevant laws and regulations. Drawing on her extensive experience handling numerous construction‑related cases, she delivered a focused presentation covering key risks and preventive measures related to issues such as the project owner’s designation of subcontractors, imposition of penalties, unauthorized use of the works, and failure to make timely payments as stipulated in the contract.

Participants noted that, as the Group’s business continues to grow rapidly, the scale and complexity of construction projects are steadily increasing, and the risks encountered during project execution are becoming increasingly diverse. This training has further strengthened the relevant personnel’s ability to identify, assess, and mitigate common risks in construction projects, thereby contributing to the gradual enhancement of overall project management capabilities.

Going forward, JC Master will, with unwavering enthusiasm and a professional approach, continue to provide the Group with comprehensive and meticulous legal services and support, helping it achieve more stable and efficient growth.
