Jiangsu Provincial Credit Reinsurance Group Co., Ltd. was established in 2009 as a large state-owned financial enterprise founded by the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government to accelerate the development of a province-wide credit guarantee system and to enhance the role of inclusive finance in serving the real economy. She serves as a director on the Real Estate Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Law Society and the Nanjing Real Estate Society, and has been selected for the PPP Talent Pool of the Jiangsu Provincial Lawyers Association. Attorney Wang’s practice focuses on private equity funds, legal services for governments and large state-owned enterprises, project financing and investment, and dispute resolution.

Attorney Jiang Zhaojing is a member of the Securities, Futures, and Fund Law Committee and the Civil and Commercial Litigation Law Committee of the Nanjing Lawyers Association. Her practice areas include private equity funds, trust services, corporate governance and compliance, legal services for government entities and state-owned enterprises, and civil and commercial litigation.
