On August 26, 2025, Shuangdeng Group Co., Ltd. (“Shuangdeng Shares” or the “Company,” stock code: 06960.HK) completed its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The Company issued a total of 58,557,000 shares globally at HK$14.51 per share, raising aggregate proceeds of approximately HK$850 million.

Shuangdeng Co., Ltd. is a leading enterprise in the big‑data communications energy‑storage battery sector. Since its establishment in 2011, the company has maintained a long‑term focus on the communications‑energy‑storage market, capitalizing on opportunities in the lithium‑battery industry to successfully drive the brand’s transformation and upgrade. Centered on its core business of communications‑energy storage, the company has also progressively expanded into areas such as data‑center energy storage and power‑grid energy storage. As of December 31, 2024, Shuangdeng serves five of the world’s top ten telecom operators and equipment vendors, nearly 30% of the global top 100 telecom operators and equipment suppliers, and China’s five major telecom operators and equipment manufacturers. The company’s energy‑storage batteries for telecommunications base stations are primarily supplied to leading telecom operators and equipment manufacturers, including China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom, China Tower, Ericsson, Vodafone, and Telenor, among others. Its batteries for data centers are mainly used by data‑center operators such as Alibaba, JD.com, Baidu, Qinhuai Data, and GDS Holdings. In addition, its energy‑storage solutions for power‑grid applications serve power plants, grid operators, commercial customers, and residential users.
