To hone professional competence and showcase the distinctive spirit of women lawyers, on May 10, the Women’s Federation of the Legal Profession in Rudong County hosted an event titled “Craftsmanship Embodies Integrity, Elegance Radiates Brilliance,” featuring a craftsmanship appreciation session and initiatives to enhance professional image. Director Ji Jie of JC Master (Nantong), accompanied by female attorneys Zhang Xiaohui, Zhang Yuting, Zhu Xinya, and others, attended the event.

At the event, Director Chen of the County Justice Bureau and Chairwoman Cai of the Women’s Federation of the county’s legal profession presented professional messages to female lawyers, encouraging them to hone their expertise, cultivate grace and poise, shoulder their mission with strength and compassion, and showcase the distinctive spirit of women lawyers in the new era on the front lines of legal services.

The event unfolded in a lively yet well‑organized atmosphere, with the lawyers continuously refining and honing their skills through hands‑on practice, thereby further elevating both their professional competence and external presentation.

Next, the female lawyers visited a rosewood‑craft enterprise for an on-site study tour. Through close observation and hands‑on experience, they gained a profound appreciation for the artisan spirit of relentless pursuit of excellence, unwavering commitment to one’s original aspirations, and meticulous craftsmanship. As they carefully examined each stage of the production process and listened to the artisans’ insights, they not only came to understand the supreme dedication to skill and the steadfast adherence to their founding principles, but also deeply recognized the powerful resonance and intrinsic connection between this spirit of craftsmanship and their own commitment to the rule of law.
