The Association is committed to fostering convergence between the Chinese and African legal systems, particularly under the Belt and Road Initiative, helping Chinese companies seize opportunities in the African market while promoting the professionalization of local legal services in Africa.

The collaboration was jointly deliberated and finalized by JC Master and the All‑Africa Chinese‑Speaking Lawyers Association, with the agreement setting out detailed provisions on cooperative matters, office support, modes of collaboration, and other related issues. On the basis of voluntariness and equality, the two parties reached consensus through consultation to establish a relationship of mutual cooperation and assistance, thereby leveraging each other’s strengths.
