Recently, JC Master Law Office and Inner Mongolia Ruohui Law Office formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two offices will leverage their respective strengths and resources to strengthen collaboration in areas such as brand building, business partnerships, product development, and team exchanges.
Inner Mongolia Ruo Hui Law Office was established on April 5, 2000. It is a large, full-service law office that has grown organically within the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with its headquarters in Hohhot and two branch offices located in Ordos City and Ulanqab City.
Over the past twenty years since its establishment, Ruohui has maintained a deep expertise in areas including banking and finance, corporate mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment funds, capital markets, bankruptcy and restructuring, family wealth and matrimonial law services, real estate and construction engineering, intellectual property, corporate legal advisory, one-stop legal services for state-owned enterprises, environmental protection and workplace safety, government and public affairs legal services, insurance, dispute resolution, and criminal practice.
This collaboration was jointly discussed and finalized by JC Master and Ruohui. The cooperation agreement sets forth detailed provisions regarding collaborative matters, office support, and the mode of cooperation, while both parties have also mapped out specific initiatives for future cooperation.
The signing of the strategic cooperation agreement between JC Master and Ruohui ushers in a new chapter of collaboration, as the two parties jointly establish a platform for regular exchanges.
