This event was organized by… Nanjing Lawyers Association Digital Economy Law Professional Committee, JC Master Law Office, The event was co-hosted by the Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Federation and the Jiangsu Provincial Direct Branch of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang (including the Nanjing University Grassroots Committee, the Jianye Science and Technology Branch, the Jianye Legal Branch, and the Gulou Science and Technology Branch). The conference drew a large number of experts and scholars from the legal‑tech field, as well as lawyers and corporate representatives, with special invitations extended to practitioners and academics to gather in one place. Professor Jiang Jinzhang delivered a presentation titled “The Cutting-Edge Landscape of the Integration Between Lawyers and AI.” He delved into the profound impact of AI technology on the legal profession, outlined the current overarching trends in AI development, and provided a comprehensive overview of the present state and future prospects of this frontier technology. He then focused on three key areas: fully automated AI‑driven legal services, the redefinition of roles for lawyers and AI within human–machine collaboration, and the concrete applications of AI in legal practice. As legal professionals, he emphasized the need not only to keep pace with technological advancements but also to thoughtfully explore how to seamlessly integrate AI into everyday legal work, thereby enhancing both efficiency and the quality of services.
Attorney Ji Xingyu delivered a presentation titled “The Development and Current State of Legal Technology.” With extensive experience in the legal‑tech sector, Attorney Ji noted that the widespread adoption of AI has not only enhanced the efficiency and accuracy of legal services but has also raised the bar for lawyers’ professional expertise and innovative capacity. At JC Master, technology serves as the driving force behind legal practice; leveraging technological tools, the office has continuously upgraded its “JC Master Cloud” platform to streamline management across all branches and offices. He further showcased successful applications of AI in areas such as legal research, corporate compliance, and remote office operations—achievements that have provided robust support for the intelligent transformation of legal services and garnered significant attention from the audience.
During the forum’s interactive session, guests—including Wang Liang, Deputy Director of the Technology R&D Department at Jiangsu Radio and Television Group; Jian Lihong, Organizational Committee Member of the Gulou Science and Technology Branch of the Jiu San Society in Jiangsu Province, a specially appointed master’s supervisor at Nanjing Institute of Technology, and co-founder of Han Doctor Robotics—engaged in an in-depth discussion on topics such as “the prospects for AI applications across industries,” “the integration of AI technology with various sectors,” and “how to leverage AI tools to enhance service value.”
The attendees offered insights and recommendations from their respective industries and diverse perspectives, jointly exploring how AI technology can drive innovation and transformation, as well as how to deepen the integration of industry and technology to support high-quality sectoral development.
This seminar concluded successfully, further enhancing the participating lawyers’ awareness and understanding of how intelligent tools can support legal practice. The event offered a fresh perspective on the deep integration of law and technology, while also providing strong momentum for JC Master’s efforts in the legal‑tech field.
