Recently, Jiangsu Shuzhi Yida Private Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jiangsu Shuzhi Yida”) successfully completed its registration as a private fund manager with the Asset Management Association of China. The company submitted its application on March 6, 2025, and received approval on April 21, 2025—a process that took just one and a half months.
