JC Master Law Office has been retained by Jiangsu Yanghe Cultural Tourism Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yanghe Culture & Tourism”) to provide specialized legal services in connection with the issuance of its 2024 non-public offering of corporate bonds to professional investors (Phase I) (hereinafter referred to as “this issuance”). The issuance has a total size of RMB 500 million, a coupon rate of 3.19%, and a tenor of three years, setting a new record for the lowest-ever issuance yield among private placement bonds of the same issuer rating and tenor in Suqian City, as well as the lowest-ever issuance yield for Yanghe Culture & Tourism’s private placement bonds of the same tenor.
