JC Master Performance | JC Master Assists Jinling Pharmaceutical in Obtaining Approval for the Issuance of Shares to Specific Investors from the China Securities Regulatory Commission

The China Securities Regulatory Commission recently issued the “Reply on Approving the Registration of the Issuance of Shares by Jinling Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to Specific Investors” (CSRC Approval [2024] No. 41), approving Jinling Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jinling Pharmaceutical” or the “Company”)’s registration application for the issuance of shares to specific investors.

JC Master is supporting Jinling Pharmaceutical in this private placement of A‑shares, with total proceeds not exceeding RMB 750 million (inclusive). After deducting issuance expenses, the funds are intended to be allocated to the Hefei Jinling Tianyi Smart Elderly Care Project, the Construction Project for a Common Production Platform for Core Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and High‑End Pharmaceutical Intermediates, and the replenishment of working capital.

Jinling Pharmaceutical was established on September 8, 1998, and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on November 18, 1999. Its stock is abbreviated as “Jinling Pharmaceutical” and carries the stock code “000919.” A publicly traded healthcare company integrating pharmaceuticals, medical services, and health‑care support, Jinling Pharmaceutical has, over more than two decades of development, expanded its operations to comprehensively cover every link in the greater health industry chain—ranging from demonstration cultivation of traditional Chinese medicinal materials to pharmaceutical R&D, manufacturing, sales, medical care, rehabilitation, elderly care, and nursing services.
