On July 18, Taihe Law Firm held its 2026 Mid-Year Partner Sharing Conference at the Nanjing International Convention Center Hotel. Partners from both the head office and branch offices gathered in Jinling, transcending geographical boundaries, to review the hard work and achievements of the first half of the year and outline the direction and roadmap for the second half. This was more than just a performance‑review meeting; it was a forum for the exchange of ideas and the forging of consensus—through sharing, partners learned from one another, and through dialogue, they drew on each other’s insights. As a result, partners across the firm deepened their mutual understanding, strengthened collaboration, and built a more robust foundation for Taihe’s high‑quality development.

In the morning, all partners arrived one after another at the Friendship Hall to complete registration and posed for a group photo in front of the venue. Following this, the entire partnership watched a promotional video highlighting Taihe, revisiting the firm’s more than forty-year journey of development and its established brand legacy.

Following the tea break, the conference moved on to the expert‑sharing session, chaired by Attorney Xu Guojin, director of the law firm. Professor Ding Hong of Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology, a specially appointed researcher at the Jiangsu Provincial Government Counselor’s Office, delivered a special presentation titled “The Economic and Social Development Landscape of Jiangsu during the 15th Five-Year Plan Period and Prospects.”
Professor Ding Hong’s presentation offered a broad perspective and was underpinned by comprehensive data, providing参会 partners with valuable insights to better understand macroeconomic trends and seize new opportunities in the legal services market. During this session, an online Tencent Meeting was simultaneously convened, enabling all lawyers at Taihe to participate in virtual learning.
