Attorney Wang Yuehua
Attorney Wang Yuehua is a member of the Party Building Guidance Committee and the M&A and Restructuring Committee of the Nanjing Lawyers Association.
Attorney Wang Yuehua’s practice areas include legal services related to securities issuance and listing, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring, private equity and venture capital investments, ongoing legal advisory services for listed and over-the-counter companies, notifications of concentrations of undertakings, and commercial dispute resolution.
Attorney Li Yong
Attorney Li Yong is a member of the Committee on Technological Innovation and Industrial Chain Legal Services of the Jiangsu Provincial Lawyers Association.
Attorney Li Yong’s areas of expertise include legal services in securities and capital markets, corporate legal advisory for listed companies, and investment and financing matters.
Attorney Yin Tingting
Attorney Yin Tingting, Member of the Tax and Fiscal Law Committee of the Nanjing Lawyers Association.

Attorney Wang Yajing is the Deputy Director of the Cross-Border Investment and Cooperation Law Professional Committee of the Nanjing Lawyers Association and holds qualifications as a fund professional and a securities professional.
Attorney Wang Yajing primarily practices in the areas of securities and capital markets, fund investment, trust services, corporate litigation, and family wealth management, and possesses extensive professional experience in these fields.
Attorney Gong Yuan
Attorney Gong Yuan holds a Master of Laws degree from Nanjing University and previously served at Nanjing University of Science and Technology. He currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Special Committee on Business Innovation under the Nanjing Lawyers Association.
Attorney Gong Yuan primarily practices in civil and commercial dispute resolution, non‑performing asset disposal, ongoing legal advisory services, and state‑owned enterprise compliance.
Attorney Liu Xiaoqian
Attorney Liu Xiaoqian holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics from China University of Political Science and Law, as well as a Master of Laws from the College of William & Mary in the United States. She obtained her New York State bar admission in 2016 and her Chinese lawyer’s license in 2018. She also serves as a director of the “Little Turtle Club” of the Jiangsu Provincial Lawyers Association.
Liu Xiao Qian The attorney specializes in securities issuance and listing, corporate restructuring and reorganization, equity investment, and cross-border matters.
