JC Master Updates | The Inaugural Meeting of the JC Master Legal and Tax Business Committee Concluded Successfully


On April 27, the inaugural meeting of the Tax and Legal Practice Committee of JC Master Law Office was held successfully. Attending the meeting were Liu Jun, Director of the Committee; Deputy Directors Tang Xuebin, Jia Wenfeng, Hu Aopeng, and Liu Xiaoqian; as well as committee members from Nanjing, Taizhou, Suzhou, Nantong, and other locations. The meeting adopted a hybrid format—both in-person and online—and was chaired by Dean Xu Min of Cewen Academy.

 


 

At the meeting, Julie, Chair of the JC Master Executive Committee, first read out the decision to establish the Legal and Tax Services Committee and, on behalf of the Executive Committee, extended warm congratulations on its formation. She emphasized that the establishment of the Legal and Tax Services Committee is an important step in aligning with market trends and enhancing the office’s comprehensive service capabilities, and expressed the hope that the Committee will fully leverage its professional strengths, strengthen internal collaboration and external coordination, and build a legal and tax services brand with significant industry influence.


 


 

Subsequently, Attorney Liu Jun, Director of the Law and Tax Practice Committee, outlined the committee’s core objectives and delivered a special presentation titled “Practical Analysis of Tax‑Enterprise Disputes.” She stated that the committee will strive to integrate the office’s internal legal and tax resources, conduct in-depth research on policy developments, develop standardized legal and tax products, and strengthen the training of young lawyers. By organizing specialized seminars, professional training sessions, and external exchanges, the committee aims to effectively enhance JC Master’s… Integration of Law and Taxation Practical expertise in the field. The deputy directors of each legal and tax practice committee spoke in turn, engaging in discussions on committee development, strategic directions, and mechanisms for coordinated collaboration between headquarters and branch offices. Several committee members also shared their insights and recommendations on the advancement of legal and tax practice.


 


 

At the conclusion of the meeting, Xu Guojin, Director of the law office, delivered a speech, extending his congratulations on the establishment of the committee. He noted that the formation of the Legal‑Tax Practice Committee marks a new stage in the professional development of deep integration between legal and tax services. Director Xu emphasized that the committee should leverage the synergy and resource pooling across the office’s headquarters and branch offices to advance the development of specialized legal‑tax service products, thereby fully realizing the platform’s intended role. He expressed his hope that the Legal‑Tax Committee would establish a robust work plan and evaluation mechanism, serving as a strong implementer of JC Master’s professionalization strategy, helping to build the office’s legal‑tax brand and enhancing its industry influence throughout the Yangtze River Delta and across the nation.


 


 

The establishment of the JC Master Legal and Tax Business Committee marks an important step forward for JC Master in the integrated “law + tax” service sector.
