On July 26, 2025, the first session of the “Leading Talents Training Program for Securities, Fund, and Insurance Lawyers,” meticulously organized by the Nanjing Lawyers Association, officially commenced. The opening ceremony was chaired by Attorney Shi Qiao, Director of the Securities, Futures, and Funds Law Special Committee of the Municipal Lawyers Association and a partner at JC Master Law Office. Wang Zheng, Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal Lawyers Association, and Ye Cheng, Deputy Director of the Education and Training Special Committee, attended and delivered remarks, offering their encouragement and high expectations for the program’s launch. Following the ceremony, the training program invited Dr. Zeng Bin, Managing Partner of TianCe (Shenzhen) Law Office, to deliver the inaugural lecture. Drawing on his profound expertise and extensive practical experience, Dr. Zeng captivated the participants with a dynamic and insightful opening address.
This training program has selected more than 80 distinguished lawyers specializing in the securities, fund, and insurance sectors from among numerous enthusiastic applicants. These participants will embark on a five-session, systematic, and in-depth professional development course. Our office’s attorneys Wang Yuehua, Li Yong, Yin Tingting, and Shao Yujuan were successfully admitted to this program, thanks to their solid professional expertise and outstanding overall capabilities.
This training session centers on intensive classroom instruction, with leading industry experts and seasoned attorneys delivering comprehensive lectures. Case‑based discussions serve as a key supplementary component, guiding participants to engage in deep reflection and collaborative dialogue through the analysis of real‑world examples. In addition, interactive roundtable sessions have been scheduled to foster meaningful exchanges among attendees. Finally, a performance‑assessment process is employed to evaluate learning outcomes and reinforce the gains achieved during the program.
