Taihe Updates | A delegation of leaders from the National Security Law Research Association of the Jiangsu Provincial Law Society paid a visit to Taihe for research and guidance.



On the afternoon of August 4, a delegation led by the leadership of the National Security Law Research Association of the Jiangsu Provincial Law Society paid a visit to Taihe Law Firm to conduct a special research study on the development of foreign-related legal services and the advancement of rule-of-law work in the international sphere. The reception was attended by Ma Qun, Chief Partner of Taihe and a member of the association’s board of directors; Li Yuanyang, Director of the Management Committee; Zhu Li, Director of the Executive Committee; Xu Tao, a partner and member of the association; and Xu Min, Director of Operations, among others.


The leadership of the research association visited Taihe’s office premises, gaining an in-depth understanding of the firm’s specialized organizational structure and service capabilities in the field of international legal services. At the symposium, attendees from Taihe provided a comprehensive overview of the firm’s development and its efforts to build specialized practice areas, highlighting its deep expertise and distinctive service offerings in the field of international legal services. Building on this foundation, Taihe has developed distinct competitive advantages in specific areas such as cross-border investment compliance, managing overseas operational risks, and assisting companies with overseas listings. These capabilities enable the firm to effectively support enterprises in navigating an increasingly complex and dynamic international legal landscape, while continuing to contribute its professional expertise to international cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.


The leadership of the Research Association commended Taihe’s work in the field of foreign-related legal services, noting that the development of such services and the advancement of rule-of-law initiatives in international affairs are assuming ever greater strategic significance within the broader framework of national security and development. They expressed the expectation that, as a director‑member unit of the Association, Taihe will further leverage its professional strengths, engage more deeply in country‑specific legal research and applied legal studies, and provide robust support in areas such as case‑by‑case guidance, policy advice, and talent cultivation. By doing so, Taihe is expected to generate more interim results, achieve further breakthroughs, and contribute collectively to enriching the toolkit of foreign‑related legal instruments, thereby helping to refine and strengthen the system of rule of law in international affairs.
