In order to implement the State Council’s “Opinions on Further Enhancing the Quality of Listed Companies,” deepen the application of classified supervision of information disclosure by listed companies, improve the effectiveness of self-regulatory oversight, promote the enhancement of listed company quality, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of investors, the Shanghai Stock Exchange has, in accordance with the “Shanghai Stock Exchange Rules for Listing Stocks” and other relevant provisions, formulated the “Shanghai Stock Exchange Guidelines on the Application of Self-Regulatory Supervision Rules for Listed Companies No. 3—Classified Supervision of Information Disclosure” (see attachment). This document is hereby promulgated and shall take effect from the date of its publication.
