Notice on Matters Relating to the Filing and Listing of Red-Chip Enterprises on the STAR Market

To further implement the provisions of the “Opinions on Establishing the STAR Market at the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Piloting the Registration-Based System,” which allow red-chip enterprises to apply for the issuance of shares or depositary receipts and list on the STAR Market, and to clarify the procedures for red-chip enterprises to file applications related to the STAR Market, the associated information disclosure requirements, and the ongoing regulatory framework, and in light of issues identified during the review process for issuance and listing, the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, hereby issues a notice on the relevant matters.
