• Acted as counsel in a guarantee dispute involving Nanjing Weimou Development Co., Ltd.; on appeal, the court reversed the lower court’s decision, relieving Weimou Company of its guarantee liability and thereby averting economic losses exceeding RMB 20 million for the company.
• Acted as counsel in a finance‑lease‑back dispute involving 645 properties owned by Jiangsu Han某 Group Co., Ltd.; the legal approach adopted in this finance‑lease dispute has been widely recognized by the Nanjing courts.
• Acted as counsel in a dispute involving a Nanjing-based technology company and Symantec Corporation, one of the world’s three major IT manufacturers, successfully obtaining all relief sought; this case is recognized as the “first-ever IT‑industry case concerning order‑pressure disputes.”
• Acted as counsel in a series of construction‑related cases involving the 367‑million‑yuan resettlement project in a certain city in Anhui Province, representing Chen and Wu; participated in proceedings before the Anhui Provincial Higher People’s Court, successfully recovering hundreds of millions of yuan in economic losses for the clients.
• Acted as counsel in a series of corporate control disputes involving Zhang’s company, participating in proceedings before the Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate People’s Court and the Shanghai Higher People’s Court, and successfully recovered RMB 175 million in economic losses for the client.
