• As counsel for Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd., I represented the company in a lawsuit against the defendant, Jiangsu Liebao Network Technology Co., Ltd., arising from an unfair competition dispute, and secured a favorable judgment (a case involving the sale of WeChat accounts, recognized as one of the Top Ten Typical Cases of Intellectual Property Judicial Protection in Jiangsu Province in 2021).
• As counsel for Jiangsu Yangfu Liquor Industry Co., Ltd., I represented the company in a lawsuit against the defendant, Yuyuan Distillery of Yanghe Town, Suqian City, arising from a dispute over damages resulting from the defendant’s malicious filing of an intellectual property infringement claim. The court rendered a favorable judgment (selected as one of the Top Ten Typical Cases of Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property in Jiangsu Province in 2019).
• As counsel for Nanjing Meilewei Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., I represented the company in a copyright infringement lawsuit against the defendant, Beijing Tongzhou Shida Co., Ltd., and secured a favorable judgment (one of six landmark software copyright cases adjudicated by the Beijing Intellectual Property Court since its establishment nine years ago).
• As counsel for Huawei Software Co., Ltd., I represented the company in a trademark dispute concerning the pre-installed “Tianjietong” app on Huawei smartphones and secured a favorable judgment.
• As counsel for Alibaba-affiliated entities such as Taobao, Tmall, and Fliggy, I have represented them in handling a wide range of intellectual property disputes arising from online transactions.
• As counsel for Wuxi Machine Tool Co., Ltd., I represented the company in a lawsuit alleging unfair competition against Wuxi Kaoyuan Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd., securing a favorable judgment and obtaining exclusive rights to the “Wuxi Machine Tool Factory” corporate name.

• As counsel for the defendant, Wuxi Lanji Aviation Kitchen Equipment Co., Ltd., I handled a series of patent infringement and patent invalidation proceedings against the plaintiff, Wuxi Anbo Specialized Equipment Co., Ltd., resulting in the relevant patents being declared invalid.
• As counsel for an equipment‑manufacturing company in Anhui, I filed a request for invalidation of the invention patent entitled “Equipment and Method for Foaming Refrigerator Cabinets” owned by Italy’s Cannonerges S.p.A., and obtained from the CNIPA a review decision declaring the entire patent right invalid.
• As counsel for an equipment‑manufacturing company in Anhui, I filed a request for invalidation of the invention patent entitled “A Back‑Injection Foaming Device and Foaming Method for Refrigerators” owned by Henneke Machinery (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd., and obtained from the CNIPA a review decision declaring the entire patent right invalid.
• As counsel for the defendant, Nanjing Taiduose Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., I handled a series of disputes with the plaintiff, Feiluoer (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd., involving patent infringement and trade dress issues, ultimately securing a comprehensive favorable judgment: the patent was declared partially invalid, the claim of patent infringement was dismissed, and the claim of trade‑dress infringement was likewise rejected.
• As counsel for the plaintiff, Jiangyin Tangcheng Machinery Co., Ltd., I handled a series of litigation cases involving patent infringement disputes—covering both invention patents and utility model patents—against the defendant, Hebei Qingfeng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and secured favorable judgments confirming the existence of patent infringement.
• As counsel for Nanjing Meilewei Technology Co., Ltd., I represented the company in patent‑infringement litigation against multiple defendants and secured a favorable judgment confirming the existence of patent infringement.
• As counsel for the plaintiff, Nanjing Saineng Power Supply Co., Ltd., I represented it in a dispute alleging infringement of trade secrets against the defendants, Jiangsu Yanzhi System Engineering Co., Ltd. and Li Moudong, successfully establishing that trade secret infringement had occurred and securing damages for the infringement.
• As counsel for the defendant, a technology company in Nanjing, I represented it in a trade‑secret infringement dispute with the plaintiff, Shantai (Nanjing) Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. Despite an adverse first‑instance ruling finding infringement, I successfully compelled the plaintiff to unconditionally withdraw its lawsuit through appellate proceedings, thereby securing complete exoneration for the defendant.
• Intellectual property licensing contract dispute cases involving Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation, Dongyang Mengjiangwei Film & Television Culture Co., Ltd., Horgos Buerui Culture Media Co., Ltd., and others (concerning the copyright of the TV series “The Great Master Sima Yi,” with a claim amount exceeding RMB 200 million);
• A contract dispute case concerning the treatment of waste slurry from silicon wafer cutting between Saixi Technology (Baoding) Co., Ltd. and Yingli Energy (China) Co., Ltd. (Shijiazhuang Intermediate People’s Court; the amount in controversy is RMB 105 million).
• Case of Dispute over Liability for Infringement of Shareholders’ Interests between Danyang Jin Ying Tiandi Industrial Co., Ltd. and Ye Lianli et al. (First-instance judgment rendered by the Jiangsu Higher People’s Court; the amount in controversy is RMB 120 million).
• In the EPC general contracting dispute between Follett Glass Group Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Yisibei Environmental Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., which involved a quality controversy over high-salinity water treatment equipment, the court rendered a favorable judgment.
• An arbitration case concerning an EPC general contracting dispute between a Jiangsu-based technology company and a metallurgical enterprise in Inner Mongolia (Nanjing Arbitration Commission, with a subject matter value of RMB 48 million), involving a quality dispute over a large-scale industrial kiln, resulted in a favorable award.
• An arbitration case concerning a contractual dispute between a Jiangsu-based electromechanical company and a Dalian-based petrochemical company (before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission), involving a quality dispute over 10 kV large-scale synchronous motor equipment, resulted in a favorable award.
