Attorney Shi Qiao graduated from the School of Law at Nanjing Normal University with a Master’s degree in Law. He has long served in legal affairs positions within provincial-level administrative agencies, handling administrative litigation and reconsideration matters. He holds qualifications as a patent attorney, a securities industry professional, and an independent director. He is a member of the Financial Services Committee of the Nanjing Lawyers Association, an adjunct professor at the School of Law of Nanjing Normal University, and a member of the Jiangsu Province Pool of Talents in Finance, Securities, and Insurance Law. He also serves as an independent director of Jiangsu Xinhongji Energy-Saving Co., Ltd. (a company planning to go public). He has been honored with awards such as “Outstanding Commercial Transactions Lawyer” from the Nanjing Lawyers Association and “Leading Talent among One Thousand Young Lawyers in Jiangsu Province.” 
The Shi Qiao Law Firm currently comprises four practicing attorneys and two trainee attorneys. The team has also delivered dedicated legal services for the Hong Kong Main Board listings of companies such as Nanjing Zhongsheng United, Hongye Futures, and Folait Glass Group. Among the litigation and dispute matters the team has handled are: more than ten financial loan contract disputes between China Merchants Bank and Man* Plastics, Rui* Wood Industry, Cao*, Xu*, Pan* Feng, and others; a financial wealth‑management contract dispute between China Merchants Bank and Cao* Ne; numerous financial loan contract disputes between Jiangsu Bank and Gong* Ping, Ma*, Ren* Tao, Mei* Fang, and others; an administrative lawsuit filed by Ke** Shijia against the Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government and the Jiangsu Provincial Administration for Market Regulation regarding corporate name approval; dissolution disputes between Greenland Wuxi Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Wuxi Di* Real Estate Co., Ltd., as well as Jin* Company; and several real estate transaction disputes involving the Greenland Group.
