• Served as the lead counsel in handling the reorganization case of Jiangsu Shuntian Overseas Tourism Co., Ltd., which was the first such case in Nanjing to be concluded under the “Work Plan on Promoting Bankruptcy Protection for Small and Micro Enterprises (Trial)” and was subsequently selected as a “Typical Case of Bankruptcy Protection for Small and Micro Enterprises” by the Nanjing Courts, as well as one of the Nanjing Courts’ exemplary bankruptcy cases for the 2020–2025 period.
• Served as the lead counsel in the reorganization case of Nanjing Infinite Power Technology Co., Ltd., which was recognized as one of the Top Ten Typical Cases of the Nanjing Courts for 2025 and one of the third batch of outstanding bankruptcy administration cases by the Nanjing Bankruptcy Administrators Association, and was subsequently reprinted and reported by the People’s Court Daily, the Supreme People’s Court, and Jiangsu Television.
• Served as the lead counsel in handling the reorganization case of Jiangsu Hongguang Auto Parts Co., Ltd., which marked the first successful instance in Danyang People’s Court of a “enforcement-to-bankruptcy conversion plus pre-reorganization” procedure.
• Served as the lead counsel in handling the substantive consolidated reorganization cases of Jiangsu Ruiguang Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Zhongwei Automotive Components Co., Ltd., which marked the first substantive consolidated reorganization case heard by the Danyang People’s Court.
• Served as the lead counsel in the reorganization case of Nanjing Sino‑European Weinei New Energy Power Systems Co., Ltd., which was selected as a “Typical Case of Green Bankruptcy” by the Nanjing Courts.
• Served as the lead counsel in handling the bankruptcy reorganization case of Jiangsu Zhongnan Xuanwu Lake Ecological Tourism Development Co., Ltd., which marked the Xuanwu District People’s Court’s first “conversion from litigation to bankruptcy” case.
• Provided specialized legal services for multiple acquisition transactions of Deji Group.
• Providing year-round legal services to Yanhua Zhongkang Group and specialized legal services for multiple acquisition transactions.
• Providing specialized legal services for the Nanjing Institute of Metrology and Testing’s acquisition of asset interests in Sanbao Technology Co., Ltd.
• Providing ongoing legal services to Yuanfang Group and specialized legal services for multiple acquisition transactions.
• Provided multiple specialized legal services to the Jinling Hotel Group.
• Provided multiple specialized legal services to Guoxin Group.
• Provided long-term legal services for the collection of non-performing loans on behalf of Bank of China, Ningbo Bank, Bank of Nanjing, Bank of Communications, and Guangzhou Bank.
