  • Acted as counsel in the loan contract dispute case brought by Nanjing Yihua Mechanical Engineering Industrial Co., Ltd. against Wang Jing, Shi Yanping, Jiangsu Ruihuan Construction Co., Ltd., Jiangsu New Rural Economic Development Technology Co., Ltd., and Wang Tinggui, with a litigation value of RMB 110 million (the client prevailed).
  • Acted as counsel in the construction contract dispute case brought by the Chenggou Earthworks and Rockworks Team of Gaochun District, Nanjing, against Nanjing Tiehen Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Ruijin Construction Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd., Nanjing Datao Road and Bridge Construction Co., Ltd., and Nanjing Future Science City Economic Development Co., Ltd.; the client prevailed, recovering over RMB 17 million in unpaid project funds.
  • Acted as counsel in the construction contract dispute case between Jiangsu Xianjing Landscape Construction Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Ninghua World Real Estate Co., Ltd.; the client, Jiangsu Xianjing Landscape Construction Co., Ltd., prevailed on all claims, successfully recovering over RMB 7 million in outstanding project payments, including principal and interest.
  • Acted as counsel in the construction contract dispute between Nanjing Dadi Construction (Group) Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Yongli Investment Development Co., Ltd., securing over RMB 16 million in economic losses for the client.
  • Acted as counsel in the construction contract dispute case between Wang Weinong and the Sanatorium Construction Project of the Nanjing General Hospital of the Nanjing Military Region of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army; the client, Wang Weinong, prevailed in his claims, recovering over RMB 3.5 million in unpaid project funds.
  • In the equity dispute case brought by Wuxi Guolian Junyuan Venture Investment Center (Limited Partnership) against Yan Linfei—specifically, a “gambling‑type” dispute involving a private equity fund—the office secured for its client, Wuxi Guolian Junyuan Venture Investment Center (Limited Partnership), the recovery of investment principal and interest totaling over RMB 20 million.
  • Served as defense counsel in the case involving Sun, former deputy director of the Archives of the Nanjing Municipal Real Estate Bureau, charged with abuse of power and bribery. With respect to the prosecution’s allegation that the defendant’s abuse of power resulted in state economic losses reduced from over RMB 3.94 million to just over RMB 1.86 million, certain defense arguments were accepted by the court of first instance, leading to a lenient sentence for the defendant.
  • Served as the defense counsel in the bribery case involving Hu, Deputy Director of the Education Bureau of Gulou District, Nanjing, successfully reducing the amount of funds involved and securing recognition of meritorious conduct, resulting in a lighter sentence for the defendant.
  • Served as the defense counsel in the embezzlement case involving Hu, the former financial manager of Jiangsu East China Used Vehicle Trading Market Co., Ltd., successfully securing several mitigating circumstances for the defendant, who ultimately received a lenient sentence.
  • Acted as counsel in the dispute between Jiangsu Huilong Wanxiang Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Chunhe Zhide Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership) over the annulment of a shareholders’ resolution, securing a favorable reversal on appeal.
