• Acted as counsel in a collective lawsuit alleging that Jiangsu New Century XXX Co., Ltd. unlawfully terminated the labor contracts of multiple employees, successfully securing favorable judgments and protecting the rights of numerous workers.
• A labor dispute and internal subcontracting dispute case involving Baosheng Group Co., Ltd. and the company’s executive XXX;
• Represented AVIC Baosheng Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in a “sky-high” labor compensation case against XXX, securing a successful verdict.
• Provided full‑service representation in the labor dispute and equity‑related litigation between Zhao XX and Anhui XXX Automobile Service Co., Ltd., successfully securing substantial rights and interests for Mr. Zhao.
• Dispute over equity repurchase among the agent XXX, the employee stock ownership platform (limited partnership) of Jiangsu XXX Co., Ltd., and the company;
• Represented Jiangsu XX Travel Agency Co., Ltd. in a contract termination dispute involving multiple employees, helping the company secure a favorable judgment.
• Represented Jiangsu Xiaoqiao Liushui Technology Co., Ltd. in a contract termination dispute with multiple employees, securing a favorable judgment and mitigating the company’s losses.
• Acted as counsel in a dispute over the validity of corporate resolutions for a large wholly foreign‑owned enterprise in Rugao City, successfully securing the registration of an undisclosed shareholder under its true name.
