Taihe Updates | Ji Jie, Executive Director of Taihe (Nantong), participated in the fourth session of the “He Xiang Program” Young Lawyers Leadership Training Camp and was awarded the title of “Outstanding Group.”

From September 3 to 7, 2026, the “He Xiang Program” Young Lawyers Leadership Training Camp (Fourth Session), hosted by the Jiangsu Provincial Lawyers Association and co-organized by the Regional Collaborative Development Working Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Lawyers Association, the Yancheng Lawyers Association, and the Nantong Lawyers Association, was successfully held. Attorney Ji Jie, Executive Director of Taihe (Nantong) Law Firm, participated as a trainee, fully engaging in both theoretical study and practical exercises, actively contributing to all course assignments, and was awarded a certificate of completion. Her team demonstrated balanced performance across all modules, steadily accumulating points, and ultimately emerged as the top-scoring group, earning the title of “Outstanding Group” for this session.

This session of the training camp is themed “He Xiang Ignites the Spark, Rivers and Seas Embark on a New Journey.” The curriculum covers political guidance, professional empowerment, legal technology, and career planning, among other areas. Through a variety of formats—including He Xiang Open Mic sessions, specialized lectures, engaging debate competitions, short‑video contests, and the He Xiang Mini‑Theater—participants’ overall competence and professional skills are comprehensively enhanced. Notably, Attorney Xu Guojin, Director of Taihe Law Firm, drew on his many years of practice to deliver a focused lecture titled “How Young Lawyers Conduct Due Diligence: Core Focus Areas and Practical Tips.” Covering the fundamental procedures, key considerations, and practical precautions of due diligence, his presentation was both thorough and insightful, earning unanimous praise from all attendees.

Reflecting on the training, Attorney Ji Jie expressed her gratitude to the Bar Association, the entire organizing committee, and the expert instructors for their meticulous planning and dedicated efforts. This youth training camp was not only an opportunity to hone professional skills but also a chance to elevate her intellectual and ethical outlook. By attending insightful lectures from seasoned experts and engaging in in-depth exchanges with outstanding young lawyers from both regions, she gained a deeper understanding of the responsibilities and mission inherent in the legal profession. Moving forward, she plans to apply the knowledge and principles acquired during the camp to her day-to-day work, continuously enhancing both her professional expertise and overall competence.
