Taihe Updates | Taihe (Shenzhen) Makes Its Debut at the 2026 Third Shenzhen Legal Expo, Pioneering a New Paradigm for One-Stop Compliance and Legal Services for Listed Companies

From August 29 to 30, 2026, the third Shenzhen Legal Services Expo, themed “Integrating Services with Manufacturing, Globalizing the Rule of Law,” was successfully held at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center in Futian. As the highest‑profile, most broadly encompassing legal services event in South China this year, the expo brought together bar associations from all 11 cities in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area and 178 domestic and international legal service providers, with a strong focus on key industry issues such as compliance for advanced manufacturing’s global expansion and legal safeguards for the capital markets. Taihe (Shenzhen) Law Firm, a specialized institution deeply rooted in the Greater Bay Area’s capital markets, showcased its newly upgraded one-stop compliance legal service system for listed companies in the capital market’s central exhibition zone. With its end-to-end closed-loop management capabilities spanning eight core modules, it emerged as one of the most closely watched booths in the compliance‑services category at this year’s event.

As one of the first domestic law firms to receive joint accreditation from the Ministry of Justice and the China Securities Regulatory Commission for securities‑related legal practice, Taihe has been deeply engaged in the capital markets for more than four decades. It has provided end‑to‑end IPO and listing legal services to numerous mainland enterprises and Hong Kong H‑share issuers, while amassing extensive practical expertise in areas such as listed‑company compliance and risk management, as well as cross‑border rights protection, thereby establishing benchmark cases that have earned significant industry recognition. Leveraging the professional resources of its headquarters, the Shenzhen office has assembled a dedicated team specializing in listed‑company compliance; its core members all bring long‑standing experience in capital‑market services, closely aligning with the compliance needs of Shenzhen’s “20+8” strategic emerging‑industry clusters. This enables the firm to offer clients dual assurance: “headquarters‑level professional standards combined with localized, rapid response.”

As one of China’s cities with the highest concentration of listed companies, Shenzhen sees a large number of advanced manufacturing enterprises simultaneously confronting dual compliance challenges: the ongoing refinement of the domestic regulatory framework and the demands of global expansion. Moving forward, Taihe (Shenzhen) Law Firm will remain firmly rooted in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area, continuously upgrading and optimizing its one-stop compliance‑legal service platform, and actively contributing to the development of a law‑based business environment in the region, thereby providing robust, specialized legal support for the high‑quality growth of the Greater Bay Area’s capital markets.
