On August 28, the Party Branch of Taihe Law Firm and the First Party Branch of the Retail Credit Department of the Nanjing Branch of China Merchants Bank jointly organized a party-building collaboration activity. Xu Guojin, Secretary of the Taihe Party Branch, Zuo Rong, Secretary of the First Party Branch of China Merchants Bank’s Retail Credit Department, along with representatives from both sides’ party members, attended the event.

At the symposium, the secretaries of both Party branches each presented an overview of their respective Party-building efforts. Both sides agreed that joint Party-building initiatives are a vital means of elevating organizational capacity and fostering cross-sectoral exchanges and cooperation, and they pledged to deepen collaboration in areas such as joint study and training sessions, as well as co‑hosting themed Party‑day activities. In the presence of all attending Party members, the two parties jointly signed the “Cooperation Agreement on Joint Party Building,” officially launching their collaborative partnership.

Following the signing ceremony, Party members from both sides visited the Jiangsu Provincial Archives, where they toured the “Red Jiangsu” thematic exhibition and the exhibition of archival materials related to the New Fourth Army. The precious archival documents and historical photographs vividly brought to life the arduous struggles of revolutionary pioneers. After the visit, all Party members stood before the Party flag to reaffirm their oath of admission, reaffirming their original aspirations and mission through these solemn words. Participants unanimously expressed that they would draw strength from this red heritage and deeply appreciate the profound significance and contemporary relevance of the Iron Army spirit.

This joint‑building initiative, conducted in the format of “signed cooperation plus red‑education,” has achieved an organic integration of organizational co‑construction and Party‑spirit education. Both parties pledged to continue deepening their collaboration and jointly elevate the quality and effectiveness of Party building.
