To strengthen enterprises’ awareness of the rule of law in workplace safety and ensure that all employees assume their primary responsibility for safe production, on the morning of August 25, 2026, Ji Jie, Executive Director of Taihe (Nantong) Law Firm, invited Teacher Miao Xiaohong—member of the China Law Society and a member of the Rundong County Public Security and Rule of Law Propaganda Team—to jointly visit Jin Hongye Paper Industry (Nantong) Co., Ltd. for a specialized training session on the Work Safety Law. Mid-level and senior management personnel from the company attended the training.
This briefing was themed “There are no bystanders when it comes to safety; everyone is a stakeholder.” Drawing on the provisions of the Work Safety Law, it elucidated the core principles of the enterprise-wide work safety responsibility system, emphasizing that every employee—from top to bottom—bears specific responsibilities. The session also highlighted the pivotal role of middle-level managers as bridges between upper and lower levels. Grounded in the production characteristics of the papermaking industry, the presentation focused on identifying potential hazards and on the statutory requirements for hazard inspection and remediation. Through practical case analyses, it guided managers to prioritize risk control and address hazards before they escalate into accidents.
The participants at the training session listened attentively and deepened their understanding of safety and the rule of law, while gaining a clearer grasp of their respective job‑related safety responsibilities.
Going forward, Taihe (Nantong) Law Firm will continue to leverage its expertise in legal services, actively organize outreach programs to bring legal knowledge directly to enterprises, and support businesses in conducting their operations in full compliance with laws and regulations, thereby ensuring safe production.
