Graduated in June 2013 from East China University of Political Science and Law, majoring in Civil and Commercial Law, and obtained a Master of Laws degree.

Since commencing practice, the office has provided comprehensive advisory services, litigation support, and specialized legal services to numerous large provincial state-owned enterprises and central state-owned enterprises, including China Chengtong Group Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Radio and Television Group Co., Ltd., Donghua Automotive Industry Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Huadong Geological Engineering Co., Ltd., and the Jiangsu Provincial Transportation Engineering Construction Bureau, as well as to financial institutions such as China Great Wall Asset Management Corporation, the Jiangsu Branch of the Bank of China, the Jiangsu Branch of the Bank of Communications, and the Nanjing Branch of GF Bank.
