• The Jiangsu Radio and Television Group Co., Ltd. engaged the office as special legal counsel for the acquisition of shares in Jiangsu Bank held by Nantong Tongneng Investment Industrial Co., Ltd., as well as for the accompanying capital increase and share expansion project.
• The Jiangsu Radio and Television Group Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Radio and Television Venture Capital Co., Ltd. engaged us as the special legal counsel to the acquiring parties in connection with their acquisition of the equity interests in Nanjing Yunbao Technology Development Co., Ltd. held by Nanjing Radio and Television Group Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Radio and Television Property Management Co., Ltd.
• In the acquisition project involving Jiangsu Radio and Television Group Co., Ltd.’s acquisition of equity interests in Beijing Xinyi Huaxin Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. held by Dongying Yuhao Long New Energy Co., Ltd. and Dongying City Xinyi Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., served as the special legal counsel to the acquiring party.
• Served as the special legal counsel for the restructuring party in the capital increase, share expansion, and restructuring project of China Logistics Co., Ltd.
• Served as the special legal counsel for the restructuring party in the capital increase, share expansion, and restructuring project of China New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd.
• Jiangsu Yanhua Zhongkang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. acquired the under-construction project of Huangshan Luhui Hotel Investment and Development Co., Ltd., serving as the special legal counsel for the acquiring party.
• Anhui Tongkang Industrial Development Co., Ltd. acquired the under-construction project of Chuzhou Lianrong Information Technology Co., Ltd. (ensuring timely delivery of residential units), serving as the special legal counsel for the acquiring party.
