The office primarily practices in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, commercial dispute resolution, corporate and dispute resolution matters, private equity funds, and foreign investment. Its services include: providing advisory opinions on regulatory matters such as government approvals, filings, and registrations, and assisting with the relevant procedural formalities; analyzing and addressing a wide range of legal issues encountered in day-to-day business operations, and helping enterprises establish sound governance structures and modern corporate systems; assisting clients in resolving disputes and controversies prior to litigation or arbitration; and handling legal matters related to the company’s routine operations. At present, the office serves as the long-term legal counsel to more than 30 domestic and foreign‑invested enterprises.
