2. In 2024, the case “Whether Parents’ Funding for Their Children’s Home Purchase Constitutes a Gift or a Loan—Wang v. Jia and Yi Dispute over Private Lending” was recognized as one of the Top Ten Outstanding Cases in Marriage and Family Law Services by the Suzhou Lawyers Association.
