In 2024, the paper “Balancing Conflicts Between the Protection of Creditors’ Interests and the Protection of the Debtor’s Spouse’s Interests—An Analysis Based on a Creditor’s Subrogation Dispute Case” was recognized as one of the Top Ten Outstanding Papers in Marriage and Family Law Services by the Suzhou Lawyers Association.
2. In 2024, the case “Whether Parents’ Funding for Their Children’s Home Purchase Constitutes a Gift or a Loan—Wang v. Jia and Yi Dispute over Private Lending” was recognized as one of the Top Ten Outstanding Cases in Marriage and Family Law Services by the Suzhou Lawyers Association.
3. In 2022, the study “A Study on the Allocation of Custody Rights for Minor Children—Based on a Sample of 1,286 Judgment Documents from Suzhou City” was recognized by the Jiangsu Provincial Lawyers Association as an “Outstanding Paper at the 2022 Symposium on Inheritance and Development: Cutting-Edge Issues in the Professionalization and Standardization of Family and Marriage Law Practice.”
